Banking on Recovery

Bankers may feel they have bull’s-eyes on their backs. The nation’s biggest banks have faced both increased regulatory scrutiny and public scorn of their businesses following the housing crisis and recession. On this program, South Carolina Bank & Trust President John Windley offers his thoughts on the public perception of bankers, and the path toward a full economic recovery in the Carolinas. Dr. Tony Plath of UNC Charlotte and Frank Rainwater of the SC Board of Economic Advisors join the conversation.
