At the helm of their family-owned company, Tim and Johnny Belk  have overseen the overhaul of Belk’s branding, the investment in remodeling the bricks and mortar operations and most recently the increased emphasis on technology.  On this program the CEO and COO discuss the returns on those investments, their mission to raise awareness of the company’s roots and Belk’s focus on driving innovation by encouraging employees to share ideas for improving the company.
