Even as the Carolinas cope with a higher unemployment rate than the national average, many of the region’s largest employers say they cannot find enough qualified workers to fill open positions. Joining the conversation are Dr. Tim Brewer of Mitchell Community College, Lew Ebert of the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce, Dr.Keith Miller of Greenville Technical College and Otis Rawl of the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce.
